Newborn Wellness Assessment
Does your baby struggle to latch, seems frustrated at the breast or bottle, or feeding feels harder than it should?
Many babies are misdiagnosed or treated before their full body story is understood. We help you pause, assess the whole picture, and make confident next steps before unnecessary interventions.
-

Newborn/Infant Craniosacral
Is your baby is fussy, tense, or having trouble feeding, sleeping, or settling?
Babies may hold birth-related tension. This hands-on session helps release that stress, support nervous system regulation, and bring more ease to feeding, digestion, and bonding.
-

Lactation & Feeding Support
Feeding feels painful, stressful, or confusing?
We address latch, supply, body tension, and emotional overwhelm with a whole-family lens whether you're nursing, pumping, or bottle-feeding—this nurturing session helps you understand what’s going on.
The Breastfeeding Circle
4-Week Group Series for Expectant & New Moms
Facilitated by Christina Hamill
Join a small, supportive group of mothers for a 4-week journey designed to nurture confidence, connection, and understanding through the shared experience of breastfeeding.
Suppose you’re preparing to welcome your baby or already navigating the early weeks of feeding. In that case, this circle offers a gentle, empowering space to learn from one another and feel held in community. Expectant mothers gain valuable insight by observing and connecting with breastfeeding moms, while new mothers receive compassionate guidance, reassurance, and practical support.
Each 90-minute session includes education, open discussion, and real-life demonstrations, which are all rooted in Christina’s holistic, body-centred approach to early bonding and lactation.
🕊️ Tuesdays, 10:00–11:30 AM
